This website is principally intended for people acting for UK businesses. Separate consumer protections may apply where a user acts outside a trade, business, craft or profession.

2. Our role

We act as a third-party business services introducer and support agent. We may help you explore card-machine, EPOS and business-finance options and may introduce you to independent providers.

We are not the underlying card-payment processor, merchant acquirer, terminal manufacturer, EPOS manufacturer, bank or lender. We do not make finance approval decisions and do not provide financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.

3. Enquiries are not offers or approvals

Submitting a form, receiving a call or discussing an option does not create a provider contract, guarantee eligibility or require you to proceed. Any indication of price, rate, equipment, savings, finance amount or timescale is subject to verification and the provider’s assessment and terms.

4. Provider agreements

If you proceed, the relevant product or service will normally be supplied under a separate agreement between you and the independent provider. You are responsible for reading the provider’s quotation, charges, minimum term, renewal, cancellation, settlement, repayment, equipment, support and other terms before acceptance.

5. If you proceed, the relevant product or service

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and to have authority to submit information on behalf of the relevant business. You must not submit unlawful, misleading or third-party confidential information without authority.

6. Website content

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but it is general information and may not reflect every provider, product or business circumstance. Features, rates, prices and eligibility can change. You should obtain written provider information before making a decision.

7. Commission and referral payments
