We are not the underlying card-payment processor, merchant acquirer, terminal manufacturer, EPOS manufacturer, bank or lender. We do not make finance approval decisions and do not provide financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.

3. Enquiries are not offers or approvals

Submitting a form, receiving a call or discussing an option does not create a provider contract, guarantee eligibility or require you to proceed. Any indication of price, rate, equipment, savings, finance amount or timescale is subject to verification and the provider’s assessment and terms.

4. Provider agreements

If you proceed, the relevant product or service will normally be supplied under a separate agreement between you and the independent provider. You are responsible for reading the provider’s quotation, charges, minimum term, renewal, cancellation, settlement, repayment, equipment, support and other terms before acceptance.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and to have authority to submit information on behalf of the relevant business. You must not submit unlawful, misleading or third-party confidential information without authority.

Depending on the product or service you request, we may need to collect information and supporting documents to process your enquiry, verify your identity or business, and meet the requirements of relevant providers or partners.

  • Identification documents, including the front and back where required
  • Proof of bank account, such as a recent one-month bank statement

If you do not provide information or documents reasonably required to process or verify your enquiry, we or the relevant provider may be unable to proceed with your application or request.
