IMPORTANT SERVICE INFORMATION

Our Role & Service Disclaimer

This page explains what Brits Business Hub does, what independent providers do, and the limits of website claims and introductions.
Last updated: 14 July 2026

Our status in plain English

Brits Business Hub is a third-party business services introducer and support agent. We help businesses explore options and connect with potential providers. We do not automatically supply, underwrite, approve or operate the underlying products.

1. Card machines and payment services

We are not a payment processor, merchant acquirer, bank, card scheme or terminal manufacturer. Card acceptance, merchant accounts, transaction processing, settlement, hardware and support are supplied by the selected third-party provider under its agreement.

2. EPOS systems

EPOS software, hardware, installation, integrations, updates and support are supplied by the relevant provider or installer. Compatibility between a card terminal and EPOS system must be confirmed for the specific equipment and provider combination.

3. Business finance

Brits Business Hub is an introducer and not a lender. We do not make lending decisions, guarantee finance or provide regulated financial advice. A provider may conduct business, affordability, identity, fraud and credit checks. Finance is subject to assessment, approval and terms.

A Merchant Cash Advance is a form of business funding linked to future card sales and should not be assumed to be a conventional business loan.

4. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee:

  • application approval or acceptance;
  • a particular processing rate, rental price, finance amount or repayment structure;
  • cost savings or improved business performance;
  • specific equipment, integrations, settlement times or installation dates;
  • that every provider or product is available to every business.

5. Advertised prices, rates and offers

Words such as “from”, “£0 upfront”, “free terminal” or example rates apply only where the relevant provider’s eligibility, transaction, equipment and contract conditions are met. Rental, processing, minimum-service, cancellation or other charges may still apply. Obtain a written quotation and provider terms before proceeding.

6. Provider assessment and contracts

The provider is responsible for its own assessment, decision and contract. You should independently review charges, minimum terms, renewals, cancellation rights, equipment ownership, settlement, data use, repayment obligations and support arrangements.

7. Commission

Where applicable, Brits Business Hub may receive commission or a referral payment from a provider following an introduction or completed agreement. This can create a commercial relationship with the provider. Further information may be available on request and will be disclosed where required.

8. Website information

Website content is general information, not professional advice. Although we aim for accuracy, provider features, prices, rates and eligibility may change. Do not rely solely on website content for a legal, financial, tax or procurement decision.

9. Brands and trademarks

Third-party names, logos and product marks belong to their owners. Reference to a provider does not necessarily mean it endorses Brits Business Hub or that a formal relationship exists, unless expressly confirmed.

10. Regulatory status

No statement on this website should be interpreted as claiming FCA authorisation, appointed-representative status or regulatory approval unless the exact status and details are expressly published and verifiable. Finance promotions and introductions must be operated in accordance with the regulatory status and provider arrangements that actually apply.
